Eric Lachance B.A., J.D

Eric earned his B.A. in philosophy from St. John Vianney College Seminary in Miami, Florida, and a juris doctorate from Florida State University College of Law in Tallahassee, Florida. While he never practiced law, he has worked primarily in professional legal consulting and criminal court services for over 25 years. He also worked for several years as a radio news reporter and television news producer.

Before moving to Colorado in 2017 after his wife’s company relocated here, Eric was a deputy clerk with the misdemeanor criminal court division for the 15th Judicial Circuit in Palm Beach County, Florida. For nearly 10 years prior to working at the courthouse, Eric served as subject matter expert, project manager, and project management supervisor on over 40 complex antitrust class action settlement administrations with combined distributions of over $750 million in settlement funds to tens of thousands of consumer and corporate-entity class members, primarily in prescription drug antitrust cases.

Eric is an avid runner and a voracious reader of anything that is well-written. Along with his wife of over 30 years, he loves exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
