For more than a decade, Jenn managed corporate customer relationships and engagement strategies. Focusing on clearly identifying systemic issues and developing practical solutions she has helped more than 4,000 clients achieve their desired results.

Throughout her career, Jenn has helped people and organizations find and implement solutions to overcome significant obstacles by developing multi-faceted partnerships that built strong, long-term support for causes and position organizations to truly make a difference.

Jenn served as the student success and scholarship program manager at Front Range Community College Foundation helping to plan, develop partnerships, secure funding, and administer the first student success program for the largest community college in Colorado. Designed to reduce barriers to success for low-income, first-generation, minority and marginalized populations, Jenn’s efforts helped increase course completion from 52% to 92%.

Passionate about learning and success, Jenn trained and managed 100 volunteers for Jr. Great Books, a nationally renowned reading enrichment program that encourages young readers to engage with literature at a deeper level.

Jenn currently helps non-profit organizations with major donor research, identification, and engagement strategy, as well as overall organizational fundraising performance and revenue acceleration at Raising Impact and serves as the Executive Director of The Denver VOICE, a nonprofit dedicated to providing a voice and an income opportunity for low-income individuals to regain control of their lives.
